In Assassin's Creed Valhalla, exploring the hidden legacy of the Brotherhood leads players to forgotten strongholds scattered across England. Known as the Hidden Ones Bureaus, these abandoned locations hold valuable armor pieces, rare weapons, and historical codex pages vital for completing side quests. Uncovering every bureau requires a mix of environmental navigation, puzzle-solving, and sharp observation.
Starting the Brief History of the Hidden Ones Quest
To begin searching for these secret sites, players must first build the Hidden Ones Bureau in Ravensthorpe for Hytham. Once constructed, Hytham provides the quest titled A Brief History of the Hidden Ones, which asks Eivor to collect six missing codex pages hidden throughout Britain. Exploring these locations unveils historical lore and rewards players with the iconic Hidden Ones armor set.
Key Bureau Locations Across England
The Ratae Bureau is located in Ledecestre, hidden beneath Roman ruins where shooting a suspended load of rocks breaks open the subterranean entrance. In Lunden, the Londinium Bureau requires players to perform a leap of faith into a central water pool and swim through a flooded passage to reach the inner chambers. Players looking for high-tier gear can also check out Hidden Ones Bureau AC Valhalla Location And Quest Details to track down specific rewards like Suttungr's Claw or the Hidden Ones' Robe.
Navigating Bureau Puzzles and Obstacles
Entering each bureau rarely involves straightforward combat, relying instead on spatial awareness and tool usage. Players will often encounter barred doors, oil-barrel-breakable walls, and flooded underground tunnels that require careful navigation. Using Odin's Sight helps pinpoint keys resting on high shelves or hidden structural weak points behind wooden grates.
Rewards and Final Quest Completion
Inside each main chest lies a piece of the Hidden Ones armor, alongside a unique Codex Page needed for Hytham's quest. Once all six codex pages are gathered from across England, returning them to Ravensthorpe completes the questline and offers deeper insights into the origins of the Assassin Order.
